This is the form of Qigong I teach, use for personal cultivation and treatments in the clinic.

Dynamic Stretching
This is a joint opening series that I have put together that will open the joints and connective tissue of the whole body.
The longer you practice the more open your body will become. It is best to practice 5 to 7 days per week but any times is better than no times.
If you have specific areas that you want to work on then any part of the series may be used on its own but it is best to do the whole series.
This practice is from a Qigong class that is held at 6.30pm on Monday and Wednesday nights at the New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
