Tuina: Chinese osteopathy or manual therapy. This treats structural problems in the musculoskeletal system as well as internal organ problems

Acupuncture: Acupuncture uses the insertion of fine needles into the body to effect change in the energetic state of the patient. This works by stimulating a self-regulating aspect of the nervous system.


Cupping: helps to draw toxins and waste products from deep in the tissues to the surface where the circulatory system can remove them
