This is a class to go over the principles and practice of Somatic Restoration.
This class will help you to understand the connection between the movement in the sequence and being centred and grounded and then applying spiral forces through the connective tissue to open them up and restore them to functional integrity.
This class will help you to improve the efficiency of your practice to achieve its intended purpose of opening up your body to return to the suppleness of a baby.
Class Duration: 3 hours
Wear comfortable clothes for moving in and bring a yoga mat.
